What is GearKarting
GearKarting is all about pure karting joy — a place to race, laugh, and push yourself a little faster while in your gear! . Bring your own protective gear and slip into a kart whether you’re trying this for the first time or hunting lap-after-lap improvement. We welcome curious beginners and seasoned drivers alike.
Races are run with a friendly, competitive spirit: expect close battles, high-fives, and plenty of chances to learn. Our setup gives you room to experiment with lines and speed, and the atmosphere is relaxed enough to enjoy with fellow GearHeads.
If you’ve been itching to get back behind the wheel or just want to feel what real karting is like, GearKarting is the perfect, no-pressure place to dive in and have a blast.

What to expect
- Grand Prix event. (3 heats of 12 minutes)
- Final race with spectacular F1 starts for all participants.
- There will be a prize-giving ceremony for the top 3!
- Karting in your own riding gear.
- Photos of you in action in the kart.
- A fun social afternoon with fellow gearheads.
- A bar for ordering drinks and snacks.
FAQ – GearKarting
Do i need karting experience?
No, the karting event is organised for fun and to enjoy the experience. With practice, you will learn how to ride the kart.
What to gear… wear?
For karting, it is mandatory to wear an integral helmet and fully body-covering clothing.
✅ MX, motor leathers, race overalls
🪖 MX helmet and motor helmet (full face)
👞 Sturdy shoes, no flip-flops!
🚫 No loose items!

Are there changing rooms as well?
No, there will be no changing facilities or cloakroom available. You are expected to arrive in your outfit. We also kindly request that you do not bring 24mx bags with you, but leave them in your car.
Mobile phones can be handed in to the organisation during the race at your own risk.

Information required by the location we are visiting will be marked in the form with an ‘#’.
All personal data exept the nicknames, will be deleted by GearHead Events three weeks after the event has ended.
Participation in this activity is entirely at your own risk.
